The kings visit

Today saw the visit of Ronald Muwenda Mutebi Il, Kabaka of the Kingdom of Buganda to Herona Hospital. It was the culmination of a lot of hard work by everyone involved and the biggest day yet for the hospital and everyone involved.

As well as meeting the staff and patients at the hospital the king planted a tree and laid the foundation stone for the brand new eye clinic.

Crowds gathered to see the king and TV stations from all over Uganda were present.

It was a particular joy to see Garvin and Roses years of commitment acknowledged it such a grand manner.
