All eyes on Herona Hospital

Herona Hospital were fortunate enough to have Dr Duccio and his team of optometrists from Vagnini in Florence to visit Herona. Last weekend they screened over 300 patients, after testing they gave out reading glasses to those who needed them and sent off prescriptions for others, their glasses are already being made, free of charge. Many patients were found to have cataracts and glaucoma, we aim to have a free cataract operation camp when all the operating theatre equipment arrives. Herona Hospital would like to extend a big thank you to Dr Duccio and his team.
