Phase 2 began with digging back the soil for the new basement.

Deep holes were then dug for the reinforcement.

Then building began, walls and steel bars went in, concrete mixed and poured.

When the walls and reinforcement pillars were complete formwork was built ready for the basement ceiling/1st floor could be poured.

Work then started on doors and windows, tiling and painting.
