Visitors at Herona
Garvin had very special visitors at Herona this week, a group of sisters including The Mother General for the Mantellate sisters servants of Mary. She was visiting from Italy. They are pictured being welcomed by Garvin, visiting the dental clinic and with the scanner they donated. The sisters are very important to Garvin as they are responsible for helping with his education and bachelors degree in diagnostic ultrasound. The link is to Garvins statement which tells how he was inspired to start Herona Hospital.
The sisters are also in Kisoga and have been teaching Harriet (from Ebenezer children's home) to sew.
