X-ray coming soon to Herona Hospital
In preparation for the Phillips digital X-ray and CR we had a site inspection by Mrs Nakatudde. Mrs Nakatudde is a consultant medical physicist,(one of a few in Uganda) and lecturer at Makerere University College of Health and Science. She has advised us on several ways to assure radiation safety of the facility. This work will be carried out whilst we eagerly await the arrival of the
X-ray machine from the UK.
